Team Atelier Jordan embarked on an exciting design journey when we were tasked with the full gut and remodel of a Manhattan condo. The outdated condo required a custom design approach to maximize functionality and create a boutique hotel-inspired luxurious living space.

Our design team reimagined the floorplan, ensuring that every square foot was optimized for comfort. One of the key transformations involved converting the walk-in closet into a walk-in pantry and laundry room, offering both convenience and practicality.

As sustainability and eco-friendliness are important design considerations, we incorporated new HVAC systems and sustainable green materials throughout the condo. We prioritized the use of low or no VOC {volatile organic compound} materials and finishes, ensuring that no harmful chemicals would compromise the resident’s well-being. We implemented sustainable environmental improvements by converting the gas fireplace and stove to electrical alternatives. In a conscious effort to reduce carbon emissions, fossil fuels, and promote sustainable living. In a commitment to our sustainable practices air filtration units were installed to improve indoor air quality. The units play a vital role in creating a healthier living environment by effectively filtering and purifying the air, removing pollutants, allergens, impurities, and ensuring the well-being of our clients by providing a clean and fresh indoor atmosphere.

The highlight of the design is the custom millwork cabinetry, showcasing our expertise and attention to detail. The signature label cabinetry was meticulously designed to blend seamlessly with the overall aesthetic of the condo. A new wet room in the primary-ensuite complete with a new water closet and double vanity sinks makes this unique addition a spa-like experience adding a touch of luxury to the retreat for relaxation and rejuvenation.

The newly remodeled kitchen became the focal point, designed to surpass expectations. We carefully selected top-of-the-line appliances and crafted custom cabinetry to complement the space. The centerpiece is a beautifully designed island, created by Jordan Victoria. The island not only serves as a functional workspace but also adds a visually striking element to the kitchen.

The result of our design process is a truly exceptional space that seamlessly blended luxury, functionality, and style. This unique residence stands out among others in the high rise, thanks to its walk-in pantry/laundry, water closet, and wet room, setting it apart as a one-of-a kind living space in the building.
